McDonald's

Avoid at all costs! If you're nearby, don't even stop! Hygiene conditions are extremely poor. There's a smell of stale grease as soon as you enter the restaurant, the toilets are dirty, and the restaurant floors are covered in grease; I almost slipped as soon as I walked in... Furthermore, you should know that ketchup and mayo are extra! I ordered three "best of" meals with three fries and no sauce. I think it's outrageous. No fast food restaurant or any other establishment serves or sells fries without ketchup! It's shameful. Long live the big capitalists who line their pockets right under the noses of average French people who work themselves to the bone all day and get taxed when they decide to take their families out to eat. I referred the matter to the manager (a young blonde woman) who didn't seem to care much and kept repeating, "That's the restaurant rule, it's stated on the kiosk..." Many customers agreed with my point of view. Safe travels to all travelers, and avoid this restaurant!

There's no longer any sauce included with the meals; you had to pay extra for sauce with the Happy Meals and all the other menu items. Shameful.

So, I wasn't the biggest fan of this McDonald's because the service is always slow, the premises are only moderately clean, and the children's play area isn't great because there's really no space for children under 6 and it's only outdoors (no indoor area). We could also mention the furniture that's fixed to the ground (both outside and inside), the regular price increases, and everything becoming an extra charge (e.g., Capri Sun in Happy Meals). But I went back after not having been there for a month or two, and to my surprise... all the sauces cost extra. That means if you order a meal (for example, a Happy Meal for my son), you won't get a single packet of ketchup or French fry sauce without paying extra (20 cents). Limiting one sauce packet per meal would be fine, but zero sauces without paying extra? That's the last straw. Might as well go to another fast-food restaurant. It's not so economical anymore. And since customer service apparently doesn't exist there, I prefer to eat elsewhere. Good luck to the staff who work there, because thanks for the atmosphere in that restaurant.

I ordered 20 nuggets and two fries, where are my sauces? Three barbecue sauces. I paid 27 bucks for the order, where are my sauces?

I used to think this McDonald's was better. In fact, I've been disappointed with the drive-thru several times now. Orders aren't respected (I asked twice for drinks without ice, but they're still there...) and points are deducted without my consent. And most recently, the cashier deducted my points without asking, too late for me to realize it (I should point out that I heard €13.40, not €3.40 at the checkout, otherwise I would have said something). I mentioned it at the next counter, and the server apologized politely, but the manager gave me a dirty look and didn't apologize. A small gesture would have been nice, even though I understand it's not a high-end restaurant...

I just wanted to highlight the exceptional kindness of Meliha who served us at the drive-thru at 9:06 PM on Thursday, July 9th, 2026.
