I came today and waited 45 minutes (we had a reservation). I arrived at 12:45 PM, paid at 1:20 PM, and was told to wait again to get the chicken. I finally left at 1:30 PM. Furthermore, the potato trays weren't sealed in the bag, and all the sauce had spilled inside. We are regular customers, but today we really didn't have a good experience.

Great restaurant, excellent traditional Portuguese dishes, fast service and friendly waiters. A very pleasant place for a family meal. Highly recommended.

Despite having a reservation, the wait for takeout was interminable! No anticipation of orders... A total lack of respect for the customer! They should at some point block order taking and prepare the bags in advance. That's called common sense and organization!
