Le Bistrot Buron

We had a wonderful time at Bistrot Buron. The only slight criticism we could make is that we waited a little while for our food, but the quality of the food more than made up for the wait. It was delicious and very generous portions for a reasonable price. The staff was very friendly. I highly recommend this little bistro!

We were skeptical when we arrived, but it was a very pleasant surprise. The burgers are excellent and very high quality, made with local ingredients. The service is quick and always with a smile. The desserts are very good, especially the homemade speculoos tiramisu. Highly recommended!

We came as part of a Wonderbox reservation for a charcuterie board and a glass of wine, but we ended up staying for dinner. The products on the board (cured meats and cheese) were of very high quality. A fantastic, cheerful waiter offered helpful tasting advice. The rest of the meal was just as good. Everything was great. Don't hesitate to try the lychee sake; it's surprising.

Atypical and cool, Bistrot Buron elegantly and successfully blends styles. On the menu, you'll find Thai dishes, salads, burgers, and warm cheeses (baked Fourme cheese is recommended for main courses, and the pistachio and cherry turamisu for dessert is to die for!). Many dishes are homemade, so don't hesitate to ask for spicier seasonings! As for drinks, there's a lovely wine list and a planter's punch that's as visually striking as it is delicious—a must-try! All this in a warm and welcoming atmosphere, with a special shout-out to Tristan for his smile, helpful advice, and stylish décor! Thanks to the whole team. I'm keeping this address for my next visit!

We stumbled into the bistro by chance, and the welcome was truly warm. We had roasted Fourme d'Ambert cheese and Vietnamese specialties for dessert: tarte Tatin and tiramisu. We ate at tables with enameled Volvic stone tops. The service and food were both excellent. The establishment has apparently been open for eight years; keep up the good work, don't change a thing!

Excellent restaurant, we had a great time and the manager was friendly and accommodating! We'll be back!
