Forget those pizzerias that charge you €18 for a bland pizza. In the Chamalières and Royat area, the die is cast: this pizzeria crushes the competition with disconcerting audacity. Special mention goes to the "Contadino," a culinary masterclass where the potato, usually so ordinary, becomes a gastronomic masterpiece, enhanced by a generous layer of mozzarella. The dough is perfectly executed. Here, every bite is a true delight. The highlight, however, is the pricing policy. While some establishments inflate their prices to mask the mediocrity of their products, this place proves that excellence and affordability can go hand in hand. A must-try that I recommend without hesitation.

We had a very good meal there, a small calzone. It was absolutely perfect, cooked to perfection, with a wonderfully runny egg. Exactly what I wanted tonight. A great place to eat.

We got two pizzas to go 🍕 The dough was cooked to perfection, just a touch more salt would have been great. The Topolino was lacking in toppings, and the Brindisi was overpowering with pesto. Overall, it wasn't bad, but the pizzas lacked a bit of generosity and passion. I'll be back in a while to try them again!
