Restaurant Le R

First time there for brunch, so it was all-you-can-eat. There was a decent selection, but not too much; it was simple but good. The service was excellent, and the atmosphere was pleasant.

I don't recommend the brunch. No hot drinks except coffee in a kettle. Very little choice.

I had the pleasure of having lunch today at Restaurant Le R in the Royat Casino. The dishes were very good, with a special mention for the dessert. The service was attentive and helpful. (Well done, Emma and the restaurant staff!) Thank you again to Johanna and Carole for their warm welcome and kindness. I highly recommend it!

I had a very pleasant lunch at the restaurant today. The food was delicious, and our waitress Mathilda was very professional, friendly, and welcoming. I highly recommend it.

Overall, I was disappointed. The setting is beautiful and the brunch buffet is all-you-can-eat. Special mention goes to the shellfish; the whelks were perfectly cooked. However, everything else was bland. The fatty salmon and the coppa and mustard sandwiches were all you could taste, and the desserts and pastries were mass-produced. Nothing is homemade; it's all Metro food. :( You're clearly paying for the proximity to the casino and Royat Tonic. My advice: spend an extra €11 and go to the brunch at La Flèche d'Argent. :)

I really felt like I was bothering the staff. Arrived at 8:15 pm, dessert served at 10:15 pm in two courses. A waiter and a young waitress were borderline rude, except for Emma who did everything she could to make up for it.

Nice place for a pleasant dinner, friendly staff. The food was nothing special.

A place trying to pass itself off as a high-end restaurant. Bland food (sold at a premium price). Frozen, industrially produced side dishes. And let's not even talk about the service. They're clearly lost and don't know what to do or how to do it... perhaps they need proper training.

I booked a table for 1 p.m., but by 1:30 p.m., the servers had started clearing away the food. We barely had time to eat and had to rush to grab something. Quite a disappointing experience...

Very good and very complete brunch

There were two tables to serve, the so-called manager and the waitress were talking. The meal was disastrous; I'm giving it one star, but it deserves zero. Barely acceptable. (As for the noise, only the manager was on the phone.)

Reheated food! And the servers were completely inadequate in every way! If some people enjoyed it...it just means we don't have the same tastes.
