I recommended it two years later, thinking things had changed. The service was poor, the prices too high, and the meat was still bad. As someone who works in the restaurant industry, I find it scandalous that an establishment that makes you sick is still open.

I ate there tonight, no complaints. If I may say so, eating outside on the terrace is great, in short, very good.

Shameful and discriminatory An absolutely degrading experience. As a customer with specific characteristics, I was openly mocked by the two employees present. They made comments about me in Arabic, clearly thinking I wouldn't understand. Mocking a customer is unacceptable, but doing so while thinking you can hide behind a foreign language reveals profound contempt and utter cowardice. This behavior is discriminatory, humiliating, and completely incompatible with a business that is supposed to be open to the public. I strongly advise against this establishment for anyone who expects even a modicum of human respect. If you value dignity and respect, stay away.

They feel entitled to speak in Arabic and mock someone, assuming the person doesn't understand; there's no point in paying people who are so disrespectful.

Truly one of the best kebabs in Clermont, and the portions are generous! The staff is discreet and lovely. I usually order through Deliveroo; two sauces are included, but it's not possible to order the same sauce twice... A quick phone call and the staff sorted it out! Absolutely fantastic! Honestly, I eat there very often and I've never had any problems. Simple, good, quick, therefore efficient.

I recently tried BigFood and was a little disappointed. The concept is nice and the menu is quite varied, but the quality wasn't really there that day. The taco I ordered was soggy and light, the meat lacked flavor, and the sauce... well... Furthermore, the fries were limp and lukewarm, as if they'd been sitting around waiting a while before being served. As for the service, the staff was average, and the wait was a bit long for a fast-food restaurant, especially since it wasn't very busy. The place could also be better maintained: the tables weren't very clean, and the dining area smelled a bit like fried food; even the interior wasn't very inviting. I think BigFood has potential, more or less, but they need to make an effort in every aspect, even learning what a real taco is (in France): proper cooking, fresh ingredients, and cleanliness of the dining area, to offer a better experience.

So, big footaise rather, since when are there raw vegetables in tacos, they charged me for the drink, I didn't even go inside, I should have suspected something, fries as limp as the taco, no cheese sauce inside, in fact, I sigh, I don't really recommend it even if you're starving.

I only go to this kebab shop in Clermont-Ferrand now because some others are scary. The food is excellent. The service and welcome are very good. I recommend it.
