The owner is very friendly, I like this place.

Total lack of hygiene. Catastrophic staff, drunk and disrespectful customers all the time and not expecting more from the staff and so on. I do not recommend at all. I gave one star because I couldn't give a zero. This establishment is disgusting.

I agree with some of the comments regarding the restaurant's quality. I had the misfortune of ordering coq au vin to go. I'm not exaggerating, it went straight in the bin, even the vegetables. A complete disaster. Bad experience, bad evening.

Okay, let's keep it short. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Nothing was good. I'd never heard of Truffade with meat (neither had Wikipedia). The midges are fun for a couple of minutes, but when you have a colony, it's weird. 😱😱😱 The smell of bleach coming from the kitchen... ugh. So, ABSOLUTELY AVOID.

We were served a truffade without cheese, with beef—unheard of! Not very Auvergnat of a dish (that being said, it all went down the toilet). And let's not even mention the gnats that swarmed throughout the meal...

Lots to say. We were served a truffade, and it was a mess of a shepherd's pie with raclette cheese... bizarre, but they told us that's the recipe. The wine was full of midges. The waitress, who had no comment, was looking for a fight. She called customers she didn't know, offered us desserts she didn't have, etc... Avoid this place.
