Côté Sushi Clermont Ferrand

Pleasant restaurant, fast service, and an original menu of Asian dishes. A nice bonus: a children's menu for €10 – fantastic! Major drawback: the decor. The renovations, especially outside, urgently need to be finished, because without reading the reviews, I would never have gone in.

The facade still needs work and the seats are a bit too narrow, but the food is very varied and fresh. The only things missing from the sushi menu are tobiko roe and eel. However, the concept of two rooms/two atmospheres, with the Peruvian counterpart to the Japanese ambiance, allows you to have a non-Japanese dessert if you want, which is nice! (Personally, I opted for the churros with dulce de leche and roasted hazelnuts 😉).
