I've encountered the same hygiene problem twice with my food orders. The first time was a hair in my sandwich wrapper, and this time it was an insect stuck to my taco inside its packaging. I used to really like this fast-food place, but I won't risk eating there again.

I left a very positive review here some time ago, and it is with great disappointment that I must now revise my opinion. The quality is clearly no longer what it used to be. I have the impression that the team has changed, and perhaps even the owner, because the atmosphere and the expertise are no longer the same. The flavors that made this kebab shop famous are gone; the dishes are blander and less refined. To top it all off, this is the second time in a row that they've forgotten the fries in my order. One oversight happens, but two in a row is starting to look like a general lack of attention to detail. ********** "Excellent value for money – A must-try! After a 5-hour train journey between Paris and Clermont, *L’Étoile* was highly recommended to me. What a wonderful discovery! The welcome was incredibly warm, and despite the intense heat and crowds, the staff were always smiling, and the food was truly delicious. There were three of us: we ordered a taco, a kebab, and chicken tenders, accompanied by a delicious white sauce. The portions were generous, and the price was very reasonable. This place is definitely worth a visit – an experience to repeat without hesitation!"

A really good kebab. The fries were natural, it felt more like McDonald's than anything else. The young woman was very kind and welcoming, which made for a pleasant atmosphere. I went with my son and ordered the kids' meal; he even got a gift in his meal and some candy on the way out. We went back and I'll definitely go again if I'm in the area. Thank you!

I've been a customer for over two years, and I don't know if they've been bought out, but it's completely different now. The self-service kiosks aren't the same anymore; they only half work. The server forgot my drink. The sandwich I ordered had no sauce. €11.50 for a few fries and a dry sandwich with no sauce...
