The coffee outside was much better than that of US McDonalds. Even the iced lattes, which is served in a paper cup, was like a good American iced coffee. The cheeseburger was underwhelming and the fries were bad hard but not crispy. I think the burger, small fries, and Heineken zero for 7€50 was a fair value. You will likely need to pay for an extra sauce packet for fries. I went through about 2.5 packets and dislikes the fry sauce. I had difficulty locating mustard. The staff were friendly. There is some seating inside and some outside.

They gave me two glasses of expired Fanta, forcing me to let them taste it to prove it. I waited over 20 minutes to be served, only for it to be cold and smelling bad. Avoid this place; there are other, better fast-food restaurants nearby.

A very bad experience. I waited over 15 minutes even though there were hardly any customers. My order arrived cold, which is unacceptable for McDonald's. On top of that, the manager was arrogant and completely unwelcoming: no smile, no sense of customer service. I do not recommend this establishment.

We waited 30 minutes for them to bring it to us. They brought half the order, it was cold. This is the worst McDonald's I've ever been to, dirt everywhere. They don't understand checks, they ask me what kind of potatoes I ordered, this is a p... I DO NOT RECOMMEND. I would advise you to go somewhere else, not here. FU

Waiting too long for food

It took 30 minutes to serve a simple ice cream and a drink, and the staff asked us to come downstairs ourselves to report the wait.

Always very good, from the welcome to the sandwiches offered! My favorite: kebab with Algerian sauce! A fantastic team.

The food: it's McDonald's, everyone can judge for themselves. The restaurant was renovated a while ago and is pleasant. The children's area is separate, even though it's indoors, so it's relatively quiet. As for the dining areas, they can sometimes be noisy when teenagers come to eat, but it really depends on the day and time.

It's a scam! I paid €4.90 for a tiny oasis with three marbles at the bottom. It wasn't even that good. I definitely don't recommend it unless you're a millionaire.

Hello, let's start here because, unlike your security guard, I was taught politeness. On Saturday, June 27, 2026, around 11:00 PM, as several people can attest, the service was unfortunately a bit slow because you had many customers. Your security guard was bordering on outrageous, even argumentative (personal experience). He has absolutely no respect for human beings. One of your customers didn't speak French, and he made no effort whatsoever. I had to translate for him, practically under the authority (what a joke!) of someone telling me to translate for him. First of all, using the formal "vous" would have been appropriate; I'm not his friend. And, of course, "please" was completely absent. His favorite phrase was "15 minutes, 15 minutes, 15 minutes." So, yeah, that's fine. I got my order at 14:30, so I have 30 seconds to eat?? Afterwards, I went downstairs to get a fork. He followed me down the stairs and told me I was angry because I'd answered him curtly, which I won't deny, because he was being disrespectful to everyone and completely disregarded our situation. As a business owner, I fully understand that there are closing times. However, and I want to reiterate this, respect is mandatory. If you're not capable of behaving in a humane and respectful manner, you need to rethink your approach. I'm not blaming the kitchen and waitstaff, because there was a huge rush, and they obviously have my full respect, unlike your "security guard."

The security at McDonald's leaves much to be desired; the security guard doesn't know how to do his job.

My order was only partially delivered. I ordered two items, but only one was shipped. I don't think it was a complicated order. Resolving the issue took a very long time; the server did almost nothing to fix it.

The food is typical fast food, the atmosphere is normal, but the waiters are unfriendly and don't say hello or anything.

Appalling service. The staff needs training on greetings and customer service. You don't just walk past a customer as if they don't exist. I was waiting to pay, and several people walked by without asking if I needed anything. I flagged down someone who asked their colleagues, who told me to go to the café area to pay. I waited, still no one there. So I went back to where there was staff and told them there was no one to take my payment. They ignored me. What a joke! They wasted my time, so I went to eat at Quick. Last year I left a review; the dining area wasn't clean anywhere before service, even though several people were twiddling their thumbs in the restaurant. Avoid at all costs.
