Pizza Maestro

I didn't really understand... no toppings on my pizza except for a very finely chopped raw tomato. The crust was flat, zero rise, even my partner's cheese-laden pizza had no flavor, it was terrible... industrial pesto and cheese far less tasty than supermarket pizza. Anyway, the dog loved it.

Ordered the Quattro Stragion without zucchini, with tomato sauce instead of crème fraîche, and the salmon was excellent overall. The host was pleasant and knew their stuff. Quiet with a good atmosphere

I ordered two pizzas for delivery. They were overcooked, making them far too dry and therefore lacking in flavor. One of the pizzas was even burnt around the edges. A frozen pizza would have been much better. Very disappointed, I don't recommend them.
