truly an abysmal experience, they dropped my bartholomew meal all over the floor, had to bend over and eat it off of the floor, he wouldve been truly disgusted.

Burger Master burgers are really not up to the standard of Burger King.

Is it normal and logical for employees to smoke peacefully next to children/families in the play area? No, I don't think so! And to say rude things to be polite when you're right there?! It's crazy! Where are the managers?!

Great team! Very dedicated and attentive. They resolved all our requests with a smile and courtesy.

It's a McDonald's like any other, very good for a quick meal, there's a large car park so no parking problems.

This is the second time I've had cold fries with no mayo or any other sauce, and the hamburgers had one overcooked meat and the other barely cooked.

Five mistakes on an order for two people! I ordered a burger without cheese and with extra bacon. It had cheese, but no extra bacon. The cashier made it again (I didn't double-check, thinking they'd be careful). When I got home, I realized the extra bacon was still missing! And to top it all off, there was no toy in my daughter's Happy Meal! It's a recurring problem: less than half of my orders at this restaurant are correct.

I'm disappointed with my order today. I ordered takeout, and I checked the bags thoroughly before leaving, but I didn't bother counting the nuggets. I ordered nine nuggets, but I only received six. I also ordered McFlurries, but they're starting to get a bit pricey—almost €5 per McFlurry, and to get the equivalent of a sundae in quantity! I think it's a joke, or it's really shameful to reduce the portions like that. Anyway, I was disappointed with my order today.

We ate our meal there, nothing special to report, everything went well.

The staff's friendliness needs improvement! Not a hello, not a thank you when we picked up our orders. Not even a tiny smile. A customer was practically shoved aside by one of your colleagues right in front of me so she could get through. While I had no issues with the food itself, it doesn't make me want to come back.

Hello, It's June 7th. To the team manager: I couldn't finish my meal because the person who wrapped the food had a very strong perfume on them. I could taste it, and that's unacceptable. I believe that perfume has no place in the food industry. Please pass this message on to the team. This isn't the first time I've mentioned this to a business. Many servers in bakeries, etc., use perfume that I regularly find on the food because they touch their necks, etc. So, this isn't directed at you personally, but at a complete lack of common sense that ruins the food. Personally, I don't agree to ingest even a single molecule of these chemicals. Thank you for your understanding. (The waitress didn't seem particularly shocked and didn't even offer me a refund.)
