McDonald's

We wanted delivery, we paid for the order, but once paid, it was impossible to get it delivered; we had to go there ourselves! Unbelievable! If you can't handle delivery or manage when there are too many customers, stop taking orders!!!

The restaurant is very clean, unlike 3/4 of other McDonald's.

The cleanliness of the premises absolutely needs improvement!!!

I went to this McDonald's on July 10, 2026, and was very disappointed. The restaurant was dirty, the trash cans were overflowing, the tables hadn't been cleaned, and the booths were greasy and covered in fingerprints. In the middle of a heatwave, we waited over 30 minutes to be served. The Coke was flat and without ice, and the ice cream was served with the tray, so instead of eating ice cream, we drank liquid cream. I had already noticed that it wasn't clean, but this was unacceptable.

It's strange, this McDonald's doesn't participate in national promotions. The staff told me the manager doesn't like them, for example, a free McFlurry with a Maxi Best Of meal deal. It's probably too much of a waste of money, but is he allowed to do that? So I didn't get my promotion.

Very good, but cleanliness is very poor.

We were very disappointed with the cleanliness of this McDonald's tonight. All the bins were overflowing, there was a lot of litter on the floor, and no hand soap in the women's restroom. We had to ask an employee to wash our table. There was no ice. The staff were vulgar, using profanity in front of us while talking to their colleague.

Three Happy Meals with a toy were ordered, and this was checked twice at the drive-thru. No toys were delivered, but they were paid for. The fries tasted like old oil, were inedible, and were cold despite being only 5 minutes from this McDonald's. This experience was not a pleasant one. Avoid this place and choose another McDonald's a little further away if you don't want to be disappointed.

The fries are not good, there is a huge wait at the drive-thru and the children's toys are missing from the 3 happy meals.

Too expensive

The wait was incredibly long, and I didn't even receive the products I ordered. Removing just one small detail caused everything to fall apart. This really needs to be reviewed.
